As such, we cannot produce large quantities on demand, as each piece is in itself a work of craftmanship.

We accept payment by direct bank transfer or cash.

Sorry we do not accept Debit or Credit Cards.

All instruments are fully *guaranteed from defects in materials or workmanship.

(Fair wear and tear). Instruments are not guaranteed against loss or accidental damage.

We are unable to guarantee natural drum skins.

*New Concertinas purchased directly from Marcus Music are guaranteed for as long as you own the instrument.

All parts and repair work are carried out free of charge.

Major overhauls are not covered.

All we ask is the customer covers postal charges to us, we cover return postal charges.

Concertinas purchased through our chosen dealers must be returned to the original company that you purchased it from.

Design, parts and materials maybe liable to change without prior notice.

We can safely and securely deliver any instrument within the UK (normally next day) and overseas.

For shipping concertinas within the UK we use Royal Mail Special Delivery.

For shipping drums within the UK we use www.parcelforce.com

All other countries we use www.dhl.com or www.parcelforce.com

We ship instruments worldwide.
